Multi Site Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and address maintenance work orders.
• Ensure all of EDEN's properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for our clients.
• Troubleshoot various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and conduct repairs as needed.
• Uphold our commitment to community well-being through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
• Standard evening and weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Trade and/or technical school training, paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic (preferred).
• Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
• Strong communication skills to address maintenance-related work orders efficiently.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to work on-call rotation.
