Multi Site Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and address maintenance work orders.
- Ensure all of EDEN's properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for our clients.
- Troubleshoot various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and conduct repairs as needed.
- Uphold our commitment to community well-being through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- Standard evening and weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Trade and/or technical school training, paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic (preferred).
- Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience (preferred).
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
- Strong communication skills to address maintenance-related work orders efficiently.
- Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance.
- Must be able to work on-call rotation.
