Your Scope Includes Lead labor relations activities and serve as the primary HR partner to union leadership for grievances, investigations, discipline, and arbitration mattersFoster positive employee relations through coaching, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programsDrive talent management, workforce planning, recruitment support, and employee development for hourly and salaried employees in a 24/7 manufacturing operationManage, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals while ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, HR processes, employee records requirements, and wellness programsAnalyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational effectiveness Support organizational change initiatives through clear communication, stakeholder partnership, and employee advocacy Represent Cascades Tissue Group at corporate and community events What You Bring You're a natural fit for Multi Site Human Resources Manager if you have: 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the industrial sector Strong labor relations expertise in a unionized workplace, including grievance management, contract administration, investigations, arbitration preparation, and union partnershipExperience partnering with plant leadership teams and senior business leadersExcellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skillsThe ability to influence and build credibility with employees, leaders, and union representatives at all levelsStrong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to support decision-makingOccasional travel across the United States and Canada may be required If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we’d love to meet you!
