Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the role

Mental Health Resource Center, Inc. (MHRC) is a nonprofit organization providing a broad spectrum of behavioral health and social services, including 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services, and various community-based programs. MHRC operates eight Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) programs and a FACT Lite program in Jacksonville.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services reflecting core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
• Manage a wide range of behavioral health and social services, including medication management, case management, counseling, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Engage in community outreach and advocacy initiatives.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass background screening and clearance through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LSW).
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of community resources and services.
