About the role
As a Multi-Site Community Manager, you will serve as a true business leader, directing operations, sales, finances, and team development for our Mezzo and Tremont Apartment Homes in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on delivering extraordinary customer experiences while exceeding business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3+ direct reports.
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
- Oversee the property budget, revenue growth, and achievement of operational and financial goals.
- Manage leasing and maintenance teams, facilitate leasing activities, and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain adherence to legal standards and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a similar industry (e.g., hospitality, retail, restaurants).
- 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.
- Demonstrated success using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
- General understanding of financials and budgets.
- Knowledge of property management systems and tools (e.g., OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).

Pay
Expected pay rate: $72,000 – $76,000, based on skills and experience related to the role.
