This role provides operational leadership and oversight for three locations: Rusk Primary Care, Frankston Primary Care, and Jacksonville Urgent Care. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operations across three separate clinic locations, ensuring consistent workflows, service standards, and operational performance.
- Oversee business and clinical support operations, including patient scheduling, medical records, billing processes, communications, staffing, IT coordination, supply management, and facility needs.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop clinic staff across multiple locations, providing ongoing performance feedback and ensuring appropriate staffing and coverage.
- Partner closely with physicians, providers, clinical teams, and leadership to identify operational needs, resolve barriers, and support high-quality patient care.
- Monitor clinic workflows and performance to improve patient access, efficiency, patient experience, and overall practice operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, CLIA, organizational, and other regulatory requirements across all assigned locations.
- Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, inventory control, equipment, maintenance, security, and other operational needs.
- Promote consistent processes and communication across Rusk Primary Care, Frankston Primary Care, and Jacksonville Urgent Care while recognizing the different operational needs of Primary Care and Urgent Care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three (3) or more years of progressive experience in a medical office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a medical clinic manager.
