About the role
The Multi-Clinic Manager oversees the operations of four luxury senior living communities, manages clinical services, and ensures the highest standard of patient care. This position involves approximately 70% clinical treatment and 30% clinic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of four luxury senior living communities
- Manage clinical services
- Ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Work with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness
- Work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs
Requirements
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings. Leadership experience preferred
- Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of FL
Pay
$68,000.00 - $85,000.00 base salary based on experience and credentials
