Responsibilities

• Build and shape a clinic from the ground up
• Influence clinic operations, culture, and team dynamics
• Drive the clinic's success from opening day forward
• Establish meaningful community and physician relationships
• Create an exceptional patient experience from day one
• Lead operations, influence hiring, and team development
• Work alongside a supportive regional leadership team
• Innovate, grow referral partnerships, and build a clinic culture centered on collaboration, outcomes, and patient-first care

Requirements

• Completed degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with clinical documentation and software
• Passion for physical therapy and patient care
