Responsibilities
- Build and shape a clinic from the ground up
- Influence clinic operations, culture, and team dynamics
- Drive the clinic's success from opening day forward
- Establish meaningful community and physician relationships
- Create an exceptional patient experience from day one
- Lead operations, influence hiring, and team development
- Work alongside a supportive regional leadership team
- Innovate, grow referral partnerships, and build a clinic culture centered on collaboration, outcomes, and patient-first care
Requirements
- Completed degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with clinical documentation and software
- Passion for physical therapy and patient care
