About the role
The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings.
- Work on a variety of complex intellectual property cases, including patent infringement, invalidity, and validity challenges.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Prepare and present evidence and arguments in court and before administrative bodies.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice on IP matters.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator.
- A degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
- USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location.
