About the role
Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Augusta sales team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity where you will take full ownership of building and managing a book of business, focusing on bringing in new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
- Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
- Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI
- Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
- Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
- Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Year 1 Total Compensation, Based on Experience and Performance: $75,000 USD - $150,000 USD
Maine Base Pay Range: $45,000 USD - $50,000 USD
