About the role

Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Yakima sales team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior

Skills

• Strategic thinking and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Washington Base Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $70,000 USD
Washington Total Compensation Range: $50,000 USD - $90,000 USD
