Multi-Media Account Executive

About the role

Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Cheyenne/Laramie sales team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of building and managing a book of business.
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
• Bachelor's/Associate's degree (preferred)

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of local market trends and competitive landscape
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
