MULTI-LINE REPRESENTATIVE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through calls, internet leads, referrals, and outreach
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend solutions
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business
  • Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into bound policies
  • Build strong relationships to support retention and referrals
  • Track daily activity, pipeline progress, and production goals

Requirements

  • Licensing Requirements: Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1, Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire, full licensing support and guidance provided throughout
  • Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
  • Confidence in closing and asking for the business
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet licensing requirements
