Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-up efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other multiline insurance products
  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Overcome objections and ask for the sale with professionalism and confidence
  • Track pipeline activity, follow-up efforts, and production metrics consistently
  • Support daily agency operations and collaborate with team members to drive growth
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent): Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full agency support provided), Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date
