About the role

I opened my agency in 2020 after serving in the military and then transitioning into sales, experiences that shaped my leadership style and strong work ethic. I was born and raised in Houston and am a proud Texas A&M supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially taking cruises, and my kids are now in college. Our team includes six members, and we’ve built an environment that values accountability, connection, and enjoying the journey together. We stay involved in the community by supporting local high school boosters, clubs, and nearby elementary schools. Inside the office, we keep things fun and motivating with frequent contests, bonuses, flexibility, and paid licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Aid in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
  • Spanish is preferred.
