Maria Bailey opened her agency in 2007 and currently leads a team of five. With over 30 years in the insurance industry—starting at age 16—she previously worked as an auto claims adjuster, learning the importance of helping customers prepare before a loss. A Kennesaw State University graduate, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her teenage son and two dogs, including hiking, running, and participating in 10Ks and marathons. The agency values community involvement, partnering annually with Toys for Tots as a local drop-off location.

This opportunity is ideal for someone aspiring to run their own business, become a community advisor, and lead a team. As a Responsive Recruiter, you’ll work alongside an experienced State Farm agent to develop business leadership skills, industry knowledge, sales and marketing experience, and prepare for a potential career as a State Farm agent. You’ll learn what it takes to run and grow an agency in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Self-motivated with a team-first mindset.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
