Multi-Line Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

I opened my agency in 2010 and we’re currently a growing team of two with big plans for what’s next. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency.

I’m married and have three kids, so I understand the value of work-life balance and creating an environment where people can work hard, hit goals, and still have a life outside of the office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Aid in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Requirements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

• We have 31 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
