About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry. After seeing the success of several friends who became agents, I became interested in the insurance business and was drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own while helping people protect what matters most. I attended Morehouse College and have a passion for both golf and music. In fact, I've been a DJ for over 25 years, and music has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy bringing that same energy, creativity, and connection with people into the agency. Our agency offers work-life balance, licensing reimbursement, and a $1,000 bonus for team members who complete their licensing within the desired timeframe. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Pay

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
