About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Multi-line Damage team as a Multi-line Adjuster. You will work in a dynamic environment that may include repair shops, salvage yards, a customer's home, or in a virtual estimating environment. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect damage, estimate cost of repairs, negotiate settlements, issue payments, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect damage and estimate cost of repairs
  • Negotiate settlements with customers and repair facilities
  • Issue payments to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Service boat, motorcycle, RV and other specialty claims

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines)
  • The ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
  • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location – position may require either remote or in-office work
  • Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred

Skills

  • Experience appraising automobiles - 2 years minimum
  • Preferred Experience Appraising Motorcycles And RV's
  • Strong Customer Service skills - Ability to interact with customers and repair facilities

This position offers an Annual Salary range of $32.05 - $53.93, depending on the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations. Additional benefits include:

Pay

Annual Salary: $32.05 - $53.93

Schedule

Position may require either remote or in-office work.

Qualifications
