Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the manufacturing department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain relationships and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

• $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
