Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the manufacturing department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines. Facilitates communication between various departments to optimize workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000 annually.
