About the role
Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team supporting both U.S. Military and international customers. This position is for an experienced Administrator working on the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) or Mission Planning Environment (MPE) at Ebbing Air National Guard in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The role requires cross-training across multiple functions, including Database, Network, Systems, Security, and Mission Planning Administration.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program clearance required for program access. This is an operational support role to an active fighter unit; the selected candidate may be required to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week—which may include weekends—as dictated by mission requirements. All individuals must adhere to the REAL ID Act.
Responsibilities
- Interact daily with users and ALIS/Lockheed Martin leadership
- Maintain and monitor systems, databases, software, firewalls, and accounts
- Ensure smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier 2 support, and engineers
- Perform laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account maintenance
- Monitor systems and applications for availability and performance
- Train ALIS Administrators, Mission Planning Environment Administrators, and users on the ALIS system as needed
- Perform COMSEC user duties, adhere to requirements, and train others in COMSEC
- Support pilots in Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify/resolve system shortfalls
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance or higher, with investigation within the last 6 years
- Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
- IT experience in any combination of system, database, network, or mission planning administration
Desired Skills
- Account maintenance with Active Directory, Oracle, or CRM
- Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, databases, and network equipment
- Virtual Machine Management (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components
- Applying updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration
- Importing/Exporting large data volumes
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, including JSF ALIS hardware and software
- Experience working for or supporting the U.S. military or Foreign Military
- Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Clearance
- COMSEC experience
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $76,700.00 - $142,500.00
Note: Salary is determined based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations.
