Responsibilities

• Perform at least two resort functions regularly, including:
  • Managing daily supply consumption and inventory for housekeeping operations
  • Controlling incoming and outgoing inventory, housekeeping/laundry supplies, and packages
  • Acting as Housekeeping Coordinator: organizing daily operations of housekeeping supply storage and updating inventory in the Inventory Smart System
  • Acting as Housekeeping Inventory Clerk: receiving, recording, and tracking inventory; loading and unloading deliveries; storing and stocking inventory in the supply room; performing quality checks; discarding inventory that does not meet company standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action
• Highest level of customer service to owners and guests to maintain brand image and company reputation
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills when interacting with guests and associates
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00.
