Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Nights)
About the role
This role supports standalone production equipment in a stable manufacturing environment. It is a permanent night shift position with a predictable 2-2-3 schedule. The schedule structure results in 88 paid hours per two-week cycle, including built-in overtime.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and control circuits
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed
- Enter accurate maintenance data into CMMS
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Electrical troubleshooting skills (480V systems preferred)
- Experience working with Allen-Bradley PLCs is a plus
- Comfortable using a meter and interpreting electrical prints
- Stable work history and strong safety record

Pay
Average annual earnings $65,000–$95,000 (including built-in overtime and profit sharing)
