Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician / 3rd Shift

The Impact You'll Make The MultiCraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. This position requires proficiency across multiple maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and basic instrumentation systems. The technician supports safe, dependable, and efficient plant operations through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. What You’ll Be Doing Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment. Install, align, adjust, and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLC interfaces, sensors, and control devices. What You’ll Do Every Day Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Collaborate with operations personnel to identify and resolve equipment-related issues. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and maintenance procedures. Participate in emergency maintenance response as needed. Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and capital projects.
