Multi-Craft Maintenance - Projects

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment and practices.
• Perform project work, install new equipment, and perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs).
• Manage and support contractors.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive them to completion.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
• Work with chemicals that require full face respirator or SCBA.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent safety record for self and team members.
• Strong communication skills and able to work as a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with little oversight.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude.
• Driven to make things better and have a positive attitude.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to pass FIT test for full face respirator and SCBA.

Preferred

• Rigging experience.
• Electrical experience.
• Project management experience.
• Contractor management experience.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
