Pay

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:30am – 7:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:30pm – 7:00am
• 12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automated systems – including programmable logic controls, electrical components, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic interrelations
• Take control of plant equipment reliability and own the results of operations by preventing breakdowns and improving preventive maintenance practices
• Document and analyze data as part of sustaining equipment reliability
• Design, plan, and execute restoration/repair projects using reliability centered maintenance methodologies
• Lead and direct a crew of contractors in executing planned jobs
• Maintain and improve equipment through analysis of data, preventive maintenance procedures, predictive maintenance practices, and reliability centered maintenance strategies
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & GMP’s
• Be an exemplary contributor and willing leader on team-driven projects
• Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal, written, and meeting settings
• Hold teammates accountable to shared expectations

Requirements

• Journeyman level knowledge regarding electrical and control systems, power transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and multi-craft maintenance
• Willingness to work on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)
• Desire to advance and develop your own knowledge and skill set
• Drive to hold yourself and teammates to high standards
