Multi-Cloud Developer, Senior

About the role

We are seeking a senior back-end developer with extensive experience in building software solutions for secure government cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential risks, contributing to solution development, and creating efficient and effective systems for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks in software development projects
• Contribute to the design and development of custom tools, systems, and sites
• Work with the development team to ensure consistent performance and scalability
• Create mission-forward solutions that align with client needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software solutions in AWS
• 3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with Platform as a Service technologies across AWS
• Experience with code management tools like Git or GitLab in a team setting
• Knowledge of network technologies including DNS, load balancing, and TLS
• Secret clearance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with software engineering
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with software engineering

• Experience with Crossplane
• Experience with Azure Sentinel, Microsoft security, Azure services, Azure Monitor, log analytics, and cloud networking

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop using Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including Bash
• Experience configuring Windows clients and servers, including Active Directory or Group Policies

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
