Multi-Center Coordinator
About the role
The position manages the day-to-day regulatory tasks of the Georgia Cancer Center investigator-initiated trials program. These tasks include maintaining compliance with FDA, ICH GCP, and AU IRB regulations and coordinating with the principal investigator and clinic team to update protocols, submit adverse events, and start up new trials.
Responsibilities
- Submission of different types of reports to the FDA including new IND submissions, protocol amendments, and safety reporting.
- Submission of trials to the ClinicalTrials.gov online registry and upkeep of the CT.gov record throughout the trial's lifecycle including submission of results.
- Cordination of study start-up process with the principal investigator and clinic team including assistance with putting together protocol documents, submitting to internal review committees, FDA, and AU IRB, and staff training.
- Submission of different types of reports to the AU IRB including new project submissions, protocol amendments, and safety reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with two years of clinical research experience is required at minimum.
Shift/Salary/Benefits
- Shift: Days/M-F (work outside of normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position)
- Pay Band: B10
- Salary Range: $52,500/annually - $63,000/annually
- Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
- Recruitment Period: 5/14/26 - Until Filled

Conditions of Employment
- All selected candidates are required to successfully pass a Background Check review prior to starting with Augusta University.
- If applicable for the specific position based on the duties: the candidate will also need to have a credit check complete for Positions of Trust and or approved departmental Purchase Card usage.
- Motor vehicle reports are required for positions that are required to drive an Augusta University vehicle.
