MuleSoft Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and offshore teams
• Gather, understand, and analyze business and technical requirements
• Design and oversee MuleSoft-based integration solutions
• Cookordination with offshore teams for development, testing, and delivery
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and program outcomes
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration
• Strong experience in API-led connectivity and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Experience in requirement analysis and solution design
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed (onsite-offshore) teams
• Ownership mindset with strong delivery focus
