MuleSoft Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build, deploy, and support System, Process, and Experience APIs.
• Create RESTful and SOAP-based integrations between enterprise applications.
• Develop data transformation and mapping logic using DataWeave.
• Implement secure API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML.
• Configure and manage API gateways, policies, throttling, and security controls.
• Design error handling, retry mechanisms, exception management, and logging frameworks.
• Develop scheduled, event-driven, and real-time integrations.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business, application, cloud, and infrastructure teams to define integration requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents, mapping specifications, API contracts, and deployment guides.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation for MuleSoft deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support for critical integrations.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Mule 4 development experience
• API-led Connectivity Architecture

• REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD RAML/OAS (OpenAPI Specification)
• Anypoint Studio API Manager Runtime Manager Exchange CloudHub / Hybrid Deployment

• Kafka, JMS, MQ messaging
• Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• AWS, Azure, or GCP integration services
• SQL and relational databases
