About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires. They will join Frame Security, a company on a mission to build the future of Human Security in the AI era.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new MSP partners.
- Run discovery, demos, and commercial conversations.
- Guide new partners through onboarding and initial setup.
- Train MSPs on how to position, package, and sell Frame Security.
- Ensure partners successfully launch their first customers.
- Own partner expansion and revenue growth.
- Help MSPs standardize offerings and pricing.
- Identify upsell opportunities across their customer base.
- Track performance and drive accountability.
- Act as the voice of the partner internally.
- Provide feedback on pricing, packaging, and product gaps.
- Help refine and scale the MSP program over time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, managing, and growing MSP partners.
- Experience in Cybersecurity and SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Comfortable owning both new partner acquisition (sales) and ongoing partner growth (account management).
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communicator who can build trust with external partners.
