Responsibilities
- Supporting the installation and configuration of Microsoft products
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft server environments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
