About the role
You’ll bring your electrical expertise to a variety of mining and industrial projects, ensuring that all work complies with MSHA safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on electrical service and support
- Offer valuable feedback
- Apply specialized knowledge to mining operations
- Perform electrical installations and trouble shooting
- Provide general labor and skilled labor to industrial trades and various construction and industrial projects
- Provide detailed paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping, billing, and inventory
- Provide troubleshooting to follow a problem to a source and solve the issue
Requirements
- A minimum of (5) years of electrical experience is preferred
- Must possess an MSHA-WV Electrical License
- Comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Services is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NEC (National Electric Code) and MSHA rules and regulations
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
Qualifications
- Completion of a thorough background and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Skills
- Knowledge of the installation of concrete pours and finishes, building and preparing forms, rebar, masonry, block laying, pipefitting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation, ditching, trenching and general labor as required
