MSHA Certified Electrician

Responsibilities

• Maintain control and power systems for motor driven conveyor belts, pumps, air compressors, locomotives, and winch systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance for all electrical systems.
• Hold MSHA electrical certification.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and electrical measurement devices.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers and associated software for troubleshooting.
• Solve a wide range of electrical problems using a logical and analytical approach.
• Maintain proper training and various electrical certifications (State, OSHA, MSHA) for the electrical crew.
