About the role
Volleyball Head Coach position available for Boys Position in North Naples Middle School during the FALL season.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement volleyball programs that meet the needs of students
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Work closely with administration, teachers, and other coaches to support student learning
- Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
- Provide feedback and support to student athletes
- Collaborate with other coaches and administrators to enhance the overall athletic program
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- One reference letter (not applicable to current CCPS staff)
- Current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification is required
- Basic Life Support Program (First Aid, CPR and AED)
Qualifications
- Completed online application with required uploaded documents
Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community members
- Knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies
