About the role

MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Lead role based in Malvern, PA. Full-time position with salary range $160,000.00 – $170,000.00 USD annually.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business team to understand requirements
• Operate within Agile methodology (SCRUM)
• Collaborate with the team to develop new features and participate in leading design sessions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on best practices and solutions that maximize client needs
• Challenge the status quo and drive operational excellence to raise team performance

Technical Requirements

• Direct, hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics CRM including plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources
• Experience creating OOB CRM and custom/SSRS reports for CRM
• Configuration and customization of MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 (Entities, Workflows, configuration)
• CRM Entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, and integrations development
• Core .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
• Proficiency with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong understanding of CRM security model and deployment methods
• Experience as a CRM Developer on at least 2 implementation projects/cycles
• Integration experience using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus)
• Expertise in writing Plug-ins, Workflows, business process flows, and custom scripts
• Knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development
