WMS Tech Lead (Functional + Technical)

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS implementation, configuration, customization, and support activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop WMS integrations with ERP, transportation, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to development and support teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
