About the role

A MS Dynamics Program Manager manages the development and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment across teams and with company goals. Unlike traditional project managers, TPMs combine technical expertise with leadership skills to guide engineering teams, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Define program goals, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring initiatives support business objectives
  • Technical Execution: Collaborate with engineers on architecture, system design, infrastructure, and emerging technologies like cloud, AI/ML, and distributed systems
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects within a program, including resourcing, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, business stakeholders, UI/UX, marketing, and operations to align priorities and ensure smooth delivery
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track project metrics, risks, and progress for leadership and teams

Requirements

  • Strong background in software development, engineering, or systems architecture to earn credibility with technical teams
  • Leadership & Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive execution
  • Business Acumen: Understand company strategy, product goals, and stakeholder needs to make informed decisions
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other tracking systems
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Skilled in risk mitigation, decision-making, and conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay

Compensation range: $102,000–$153,000 (Role Location: Hybrid - Seattle, Washington)

  • Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty

  • Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance for themselves and dependents residing in the US
  • Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires)
  • All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws
