Solution Architecture & Customization

You will design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) to meet complex client requirements.

Process Automation

You will build, maintain, and optimize robust MS Dynamics workflow designs, business rules, and Power Automate flows.

Data & Architecture

You will lead data modeling efforts, manage complex entity relationships, integrations, and secure data structures.

Collaboration

You will partner closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into scalable technical specifications.

Platform Support

You will provide tier-3 technical support, troubleshoot system bugs, update the platform, and optimize challenges.

Required Core Skills

Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience developing within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (specifically Customer Service hubs).
Cloud Architecture: Strong foundational experience with Azure services and integrations related to the Dynamics environment.
Workflow Automation: Strong capability in designing complex MS Dynamics workflows and plugin development.
Data Modeling: Deep understanding of relational databases, entity configurations, and enterprise data modeling principles.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Prior experience working on federal government consulting programs or enterprise-level digital transformations.
Active Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Power Platform Developer).
Advanced Azure integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
