Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including plugins, custom workflows, integrations, and UI enhancements.
• Building and maintaining enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate and using APIs, Azure services, and enterprise middleware.
• Supporting data migrations, configuration changes, and lifecycle management within Dynamics.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentoring junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE, F&O, AX, or BC).
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently.
• Strong fundamentals in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
• Strong technical understanding of Dataverse (tables, relationships, columns, option sets, forms, and views)
• Experience in configuration and customization of tables, Business Rules, custom Business Process Flows, and workflows
• Strong experience in developing Power Automate cloud flows
• Strong experience in customizing and developing Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
