MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Description
Design and Development: Create custom solutions and applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and ERP modules.
Customization: Customize existing Dynamics 365 applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Testing and Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing support of solutions.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Duties
- Customization and Configuration: MS Dynamics to meet the specific needs of our organization, including development, system documentation, unit testing and technical support.
- Integration: Integrate MS Dynamics with other software and systems, such as version control systems, DevOps continuous integration (CI) tools, and third-party applications. Utilize tools or write ETL scripts to import data from external systems.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for Dynamics configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and errors within Dynamics, working closely with the IT and support teams.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of Dynamics and implement optimizations as needed to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that DFS MS Dynamics environment is configured and maintained in accordance with security and compliance standards and also, Implement IDP and SSO solutions using knowledge of LDAP/SAML.
Requirements
- Experience (10+ Years): Involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
Qualifications
- Professional Certifications: Any relevant professional certifications.
- Education: Any relevant degrees.
