About the Opportunity
The MS Coordinator plays a critical role in managing service operations, including inventory and parts fulfillment, to ensure efficient service delivery. This position acts as a liaison between internal teams and customers, coordinating service requests and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement processes. The role contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support for service inquiries.
- Cooky parts ordering, inventory replenishment, and stock transfers.
- Process and manage Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Manage inventory procurement and maintenance.
- Cooky service projects and monitor their progress.
- Cooky collaborate with departments such as Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Purchasing, Accounting, Billing, and Field Service.
- Cooky Perform stock transfers across inventory systems.
- Cooky Reconcile inventory records and address discrepancies.
- Cooky Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on requests.
Requirements
- A High School Degree; some college preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant job experience.
- Proficiency with common computer applications and Microsoft products.
- Ability to research and resolve inventory integrity issues.
- Experience sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing purchases.
- Familiarity with systems such as Amdocs, Oracle (JDE), and service work orders.
- Cinema industry experience is advantageous.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
