About the role
Collins Aerospace is seeking an MRO Scheduling Supervisor to join our team at the Lenexa, KS facility. The role involves planning and preparing MRO schedules, assessing changes, and improving processes as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the scheduling process to create predictable ship dates on repaired units & meet revenue targets
- Adjust schedules based on real-time production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to minimize delays
- Maintain ERP system values to support scheduling processes
- Work with Operations leaders on all expedited units and update schedules accordingly
- Communicate with purchasing team on needed parts and reflect recovery dates in the schedule
- Analyze production capabilities and determine daily workloads to different production lines or teams to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and customer needs
- Generate reports on production progress, performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement
- Support engineering projects for production
- Sit on change implementation board as stakeholder for drawing change
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

Salary Range
$68,900 - $131,100 USD
