MRO Planner Assistant - PCD

The MRO Planner Assistant - PCD role at Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX involves:

• Maintaining accurate inventory information in the database
• Closely working with receiving, warehouse, and production material handlers to ensure correct transaction processing
• Managing the inventory of MRO material within the PCD business in El Paso Plant
• Pulling reports from Mapics and Power BI to analyze and address negative inventory, discrepancies, or data health issues
• Identifying root causes, collaborating with team members to resolve issues, and implementing processes to prevent future occurrences
• Tracking progress of all activities and documenting findings and new processes
• Creating warehouse locations in Mapics, receiving tools, adding new items to the inventory database, issuing items to users, organizing tool cribs, purchasing and replenishing items, and communicating effectively with management

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain (Planning or Purchasing)
• 6 months of Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operational support experience
• A High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Preferred Experience

• Using an MRP system
