MRI Technologist Supervisor

About the Role

As an MRI Technologist Supervisor, you will align patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes while providing feedback to the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) on team performance and supporting facility initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) with feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists.
• Manage, coach, train, support, and motivate team members.
• Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provide documentation to the ICM.
• Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.
• Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and generally accepted safety protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
• Support the ICM in facility initiatives.
• Provide input for hiring and performance evaluation of MRI employees.
• Act on behalf of the ICM when the individual is unavailable.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification.
• Familiarity with and ability to use RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain all required quality standards.

Pay

Pay range is $105,000 - $115,000 annual salary.
