MRI Technologist - Part Time (3 Days/Week) – Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Charge MRI Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for MRI exams
• Independently conduct MRI diagnostic imaging procedures
• Oversee shift operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Troubleshoot technical issues during imaging
• Mentor staff and students in MRI protocols and procedures
• Act as a clinical resource for MRI-related inquiries

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school equivalency in radiologic technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in MRI or radiology
• Active RT(R) and/or MR certification
• ARRT credentials preferred

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Technical expertise in advanced imaging modalities, particularly MRI

Schedule

Primarily day shifts; no call or weekend shifts required.
