Location: Inpatient (Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital) and Outpatient (various facilities through the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, and Stafford areas). Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with various shifts. Relocation assistance offered for full-time hires moving 50+ miles to Fredericksburg. Sign-on bonus available for full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of three months of experience in MRI.
- Advanced-level certification by the ARRT or ARMRIT in MRI required within one year of hire.
- American Heart Association CPR certification required.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
- Constant use of arms and hands; frequent standing, walking, and sitting; occasional bending and squatting.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to cope with difficult situations and tolerate irregular hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- For MRI Associates: Must complete MRI Associate screening and be approved to work in MRI Zones 3 & 4.
Environmental and Safety Considerations
- Risk of exposure to radiation and toxic chemicals.
- Potential for exposure to bloodborne pathogens; must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Pay
- Full-time/Part-time pay range: $39.44–$59.15 per hour.
- PRN flat rate: $53.00 per hour.
