MRI Technologist II
Position Highlights
The MRI Technologist II position at Glenbrook Hospital offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for candidates with relevant experience.
What You Will Do
- Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
- Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
- Review MRI images to ensure optimum quality
- Assist with patient/family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed
What You Will Need
- Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
- Certification: CPR required, ARRT- MR or ARMRIT
- Licenses: IEMA (not required)
- Experience: Previous MRI Technologist experience required
- Preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required

M-F 11am-7pm, rotating weekends
Qualifications
