• Performs diagnostic MRI procedures including common and special MRI exams.
• Affordably assesses, identifies, and responds to patient needs to optimize care, image quality, and patient experience.
• Provides direct assistance to physicians during diagnostic or special MRI procedures.
• Accurately explains and instructs patients and family members at an appropriate level using verbal and non-verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
• Must hold one of the following certifications: ARMRT, ARRT, ARRT-N, ARRT-MR, ARRT-SON, CMRT, CNMT.

• Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job.
• Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
• Effective communication with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in operating multiple computer systems.
• Strong interpersonal and team player skills.
• Adapts to multiple ongoing priorities with minimal supervision.
