MRI Technologist - Full Time

About the Role

The Advanced MRI Technologist operates MRI imaging equipment to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. They ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals. The role requires proficiency in imaging technology, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and software to produce diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
• Maintain imaging standards and accuracy

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with clinical experience
• Certification: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT; BLS certification
• State licensure may be required
• Strong skills in operating imaging equipment and software
• Excellent communication skills and patient care ability
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
